Informal- Interview was a lot of questions and chatting. Interviewer was easy to speak to and I left the meeting feeling good . The hiring process did take a really long time and after 2 months I was finally offered a job. I was given a start date, however the start date changed twice.

They asked my experience and background. They also talked a lot about what it was like to work for IKEA. They also asked if I had ever shopped at an IKEA

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
