Invited to attend initial interview with team leader, laid back. Questions based on experience. Invited back for second interview with customer relations manager at Tempe, Sydney. Manager failed to come out for interview, made to wait for an hour, very unprofessional. Then told by a team member that the interview is cancelled. Called back later by manager for phone interview and repeatedly questioned as to why I want to work for IKEA and which position I had applied for. Manager seemed confused and unorganised. I was informed the position is now Christmas Casual (no mention of this before). Told to be ready to start in a week. Recevied email 2 days letter saying unsuccessful. Over poor and very unprofessional manner displayed by IKEA.
