I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at IKEA
Interview
I submitted my application and resume online and was emailed a few days later asking for a short phone interview. The phone interview lasted for about 10-15 minutes. I was actually really surprised because I thought they would ask super simple questions about my resume and such, but they ended up asking me a bunch of questions dealing with customer service, so it kind of threw me off a bit. Overall, I think it went alright. I'm still waiting to hear back.
