I applied on March 13th online. Got a voicemail/email from a recruiter for a phone interview. (I was told to reply to the email with a time I was available for phone interview but wasn't called back so I emailed again saying I was still interested and got a call almost immediately) The phone one was easy, she asked basic questions just to get a feel if I was qualified. She also explained what positions were open and what they pay so I chose sales. She scheduled my interview for March 18th. On interview day, I showed up early. I met with the manager of Dining. Simple questions. Make sure you know about IKEA. Lasted about 25 min. This was a Friday, he said he would let me know by Monday/ Tuesday but I got a call 9 days later for a "second interview". When I showed up on March 28th he said I got the job but he couldn't tell me over the phone. Hope this helped! Good luck!
