They are really friendly; however, the interview process has many steps. They can ask many questions and they will do a very serious background check so always be honest. Make sure you know the IKEA values because they are looking for people who take these values seriously. Good salary range and great benefits.

I had two interviews. The first, I had to prepare a swot analysis for, and the second was more of a standard interview. They seemed to like that I focused on small details within the department rather just the wider IKEA image.

There were three interviews, one with human resources, one with future manager, and one with manager's manager. Regular kind of interview questions. I would recommend looking up the Ikea values they love that
3 long interviews. Values based. Do your research on the company. Customer focused profit and cost driven. Keen to fast track. Many training programmes, show a keenness to progress. Team work. Research sweedishness.
