Interview
It took 1 month overall. CV & Cover Letter followed by phone interview and a Skype one short after as I was not living in the UK back then. After successfully passing these I had an in person challenge-based interview which I needed to prepare for. Interviewers were super friendly and also competent. I feel challenged during the whole process.

A bunch of competency question next to learning about my motivation and who I am as a person. I really appreciated they were keen to actually learn about me as a person.

First interview with Head of HR - lovely and human-centred
1:1 with Sales Leader - more challenging with competency based questions
Panel with a presentation - robust and needed preparation
Feedback was timely and transparent especially by HR. I almost joined the business. I would recommend IKAWA to others.
