IHS Markit Software QA Engineer interview questions

It took them 2 months to decide that they will opt for internal personnel for the job position. It was a really bad experience. I have cleared all the rounds strongly. They are ruthless people who are not mature enough to understand other people efforts. Little suggestion: don't waste others time.

a HR phone screening came first for general questions. then invited me to the on site interview for about 30 mins. It is HR interview without technical questions. After the interview they will call you for technical interview with the QA team. Team manager and lead asked about technical questions like what tool you used, database experience, manual or automation ect... after that there was half hour written test on write test cases, database query, and read XML file.
