4 x 30 minutes interviews one after another. My main advice would be to make sure you research the role you are applying for and some background on what responsibilities they have
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IHS Markit in Sept 2013
Interview
I had one employee forwarded my resume and I received a call from a recruiter the next day. The interview questions were farily basic. The recruiter told me she would talk directly to my supervisor-to-be and figure out a day for me to have an on-site interview. Then I never heard back from them for weeks. I called the recruiter and left a message. Later that day I received an email and was informed that they decided not to offer me the position.
It was easy and fun. Interviewers were friendly and kind and explained day to day responsibilities well. They mentioned what i would be doing and was very straightforward. The interview was very quick and they replied quick as well.
Phone screen followed by in person on site interview ~ 4 hrs long with 11 or more people. Everyone on the team was great. Definitely some more challenging questions, but not an uncomfortable environment, just trying to understand your experience, interest in the role, and future career objectives. After in person a 2-hr technical excel test was given via email.
