Pathetic process. Takes more than 4 hours for first round. First there was a screening test with objective type and 2 coding for Java. Then it took 3 hours to start the first round. In the first round there was a kid having around 3 years of experience who himself had prepared a few questions to ask. We had a discussion only on listing my tools expertise. Then he wrote everything on a white board. After that he prepared his mind to ask a few questions for testNG. He wanted to know the difference between JUnit and TestNG. Then we started talking about the TestNg reports. I told him that I am writing my own html reports using text and html tags with Google charts. He asked about logging. I told him tag I use to write logs on .txt files. He asked nothing after that except rating yourself in various tools and languages. After that HR came to me and said that the feedback is negative. I was feeling like a joke. He has nothing to say because he has nil experience on what I have worked upon. So he rejected me. But all this just wasted my day. For those who are aspiring to attend an interview here should take a full reading of TestNG, JUnit, Exceptions, Collections. Although I was not asked for most of them but if your luck works that day you will only be asked about this. Unless the kid resigns.
