Smooth and very kind.
Vert efficient and also the interviewer is nice who asked me about my past experience, what I am studying and tell me what I will do in the future.
I found the internship opportunity through my school program. After submitting my CV and cover letter I had to wait about a month to hear from IHG but once the interview was arranged it went pretty quick. It was an in-person interview with one HR staff. The interview was pretty casual and took about 45 minutes.
