Came in and met with the Team Managers there was a panel interview and role play that we did and the manager played as the guest. We were given a script to use that could help us to navigate through the guest interaction

A behavioral interview style with a panel of 3-4 managers. They took turns asking questions and then there was a simulated call after being given a structure of the rewards program that I would be working with.
