Interview
I applied online on their website. It took about 2 weeks and I got a phone call which was a small phone interview; super easy and comfortable. I had a face to face interview about 2 weeks afterwards and there were 3 different people there. It was the branch manager, assistant branch manager, and I feel terrible but I'm blanking on the final person. It was your typical interview. It was a comfortable and relatively easy process. I got a call and email within the following week for the position.

Interview
I was interviewed over the phone, then given a face to face interview. The phone interview was very laid back and focused mainly on schedule requirements and benefits offered to employees. My face to face interview was scheduled for the following week and I was sent an email with a personality test and forms needed at my interview. The interviewers were very personable and the experience was very positive. They went over their training program briefly too. Overall the interview was supposed to last 15-25 minutes and I was there almost an hour. I was offered a position a week later and start in 2 weeks.
