Received a call for an interview, i then had a brief in person interview with the store manager, after that i attended a group induction and started work the week after the induction
Very informal, interview was in the main office with the one of the managers who looked at my Cv and asked me my availability for work in terms of days and hours
One on one interview with a manager. I was asked questions about what good customer service looks like, my hobbies and interests, cultivating customer loyalty, and previous relevant work experience. Went for about half an hour.
