Applied online and first received a phone call from HR describing the position, the first project, and when the start date would be. She then quickly went over my resume and offered me an in-person interview at their office in Toledo. They do not reimburse you for your travel and expect you to find your own means of transportation.
The in-person interview was quite similar. They had me fill out redundant paperwork and go through my resume again, this time more thoroughly. They were impressed with my experience and offered me later on in the day.
The pay, benefits, and vacation days were very below par. If you're fresh out of college, this job might make sense, but if you have 2-3 years of experience under your belt, I wouldn't recommend taking this position.
