IEM Power Systems interview questions

Had my initial phone screen with the recruiter, and it was the worst interview I've ever had. The recruiter was not engaged at all and didn't ask me to give an intro or even ask me any questions about my experience. The interview did not last even 10 minutes and I was asked 5 questions. I was asked twice what I knew about the company and then asked 3 times back to back why I want to work at this company, so either the recruiter was not paying any attention or that's all the company cares about. Big red flags from the interview stage, you can imagine what it's like to work here company culture and values wise. Asking nothing of actual content regarding a candidate's experience and asking the same questions not just 2 but 3 times really makes the candidate feel like the company and employees just don't care.
