In first round some questions are like a riddles (eg.draw a square with three lines) then direction , and seating arrangement . In second round (communication round) one picture will be there on screen you should talk about that for 1 or 2 min. or you should instruct one person to draw that picture (from your instruction they'll check your communication) and scenario based question
