Interview 1: Generic HR conversation
Interview 2: Conversation with the overall software teams manager about where I could fit in
Interview 3: Conversation with a specific department's manager about their responsibilities and what they were looking for
Interview 4: met with the overall software teams manager about continuing with two additional interviews that were specific to the potential role that IDEXX was hiring for.
I never got set up for the two additional interviews that were discussed during interview 4, instead I received an HR email that stated they were closing the role. It was underwhelming and ultimately felt like a waste of my time, which seems like a regular thing for this employer.
