The interview was all on-line, they used AIM to conduct the interview. The questions were very basic and the process seems like if all goes well could be processed very quickly and working almost immediately.

Phone screen involving availability, experience, and references. then another phone interview with department head discussing job duties, expectations and some general interview questions. then video interview to formally meet leadership team. job offer followed

Not great - I was a frozen applicant when covid hit and they got back to me a year and a half later with an automated email saying that I’ve been invited to an interview on two days notice.
