IDD Aerospace Corp Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was interesting. The first interview was with HR/Recruiter with basic questions about the interest in the role. The second interview was with the Customer service manager more background information and an explanation of the role. A senior team member and the manager with behaviour and situational questions were interviewed the third interview.
