ICSolutions Work From Home Customer Service interview questions

After reading about the ICSolutions opportunity, I believe, on the Rat Race Rebellion website I submitted my credentials, etc. electronically. In a few days, I was granted a second interview after being screened by an ICSolutions HR representative. The second interview was a little longer, if I remember correctly, and I felt confident I was going to get the job.
