I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ICRA (Mumbai) in Jan 2013
Interview
Three Stage Process. First stage was resume shortlisting - on the basis of CGPA and work experience students were shortlisted. I felt, they tried avoiding students with >1 Year Work-Ex. The 2nd round was a written test that comprised about 30-40 questions revolving around understanding of financial statements (calculation of various critical ratios).
The 3rd stage involved a 20-minute interview wherein simple questions regarding the various items on financial statements were asked.
Starting from background, deeper discussions related to CV, asked to pick one sector of choice then further questions on that sector. I chose oil and gas, they asked about Grm, process of refining since I'm engineer. Overall it was good.
