Interview
The process took about 2 months. I applied online on LinkedIn. A candidate experience evaluation form was sent to pre-screen followed by HR phone screening and a technical interview. Both the HR and hiring manager were very professional. Overall a positive experience. However, the only cons is that the start date is not guaranteed unless the project is already available, so the overall process of hiring takes longer than usual.

The hiring manager asked me about my experience in CQV projects and project management.
The interview was very relaxed. They told me about the company, company policies and the type of work they do. They asked me about myself and and my experience in the biotech industry. The interviewer was very professional and didn't interrupt while I was speaking. I was very satisfied with the interview process.
