Disappointing and Unprofessional The title of the interviewers is deceiving the person with the role of Director acts like a fresher who shows attitude as they are given the power to decide upon the interview candidate's fate. I understand that remote interviews can be challenging, but I expected a certain level of decorum and attention to the conversation. Unfortunately, there were multiple instances where individuals in the background of the video call were acknowledged and the questions about the role and organization were answered in an arrogant and hostile way. The funny thing is in the interview call ICON sends rules for the candidates on how to act professionally during remote interviews.ICON should train its new managers on how to act professionally during interviews

ICON Interview Experience: A Missed Opportunity I recently had the opportunity to interview with ICON PLC. While I have decided to choose a different opportunity, I wanted to share my interview experience for the benefit of other candidates who might be considering applying to this company. The interview process consisted of 2 rounds, the first round with the hiring manager and the second one being a client interview. Each stage of the interview was well-structured and professionally conducted. The pros of my interview experience with ICON were: The interviewers were respectful and engaging throughout the process. They provided clear instructions and made sure I had the necessary information for each stage. The interview questions were thought-provoking and challenging, reflecting the company's commitment to hiring skilled individuals who can contribute effectively to their team. The HR was prompt in scheduling and conducting the interviews. I didn't experience any unnecessary delays. The HR team was transparent about the interview process, timeline, and expectations. They promptly communicated the outcome of each round and provided constructive feedback. In Conclusion, my experience interviewing with the company was a valuable one. I wish the best to ICON PLC and those who are considering applying for positions there.

Took place at the Legacy-PRA time. Two-round interview with the usual interview rhythm plus an exercise of case study which was challenging and interesting. Very good and professional discussions as well as precise organizing by company recruiter.
