I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ICON
Interview
The interview process was very thorough, but pleasant. It consisted of multiple conversations with both the recruiter and managers. Not only previous education and experience were discussed, but also soft skills, hypothetical situations within the job. The focus was really on whether there would be a match between the applicant and the employer with regards to the job role, but also company and the current team composition which allowed both the applicant and the employer to gain a broad view of what to expect.

Question 1
‘What are aspects you look for within a company/team you would accept the position in?’
Pocess of the interview was just fine. You meet the real person on third step of the interview. Every step is communicated clearly. And communication with interviewer is also good.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ICON (Paris)
Interview
I devoted a significant amount of time to responding to the recruiter’s calls and emails for an FSP position at ICON in France. After several exchanges and interviews, there was no further response: no feedback, no explanation, no follow-up.This complete lack of consideration is disrespectful to candidates and gives a very negative image of ICON France. A recruitment process reflects a company’s culture, and in this case, it does not inspire confidence or the desire to move forward.Candidates, please be cautious.

Question 1
General questions about situations during monitoring…
Phone screen with recruiter (15-20 minutes), followed by interview with 2 hiring managers at the same time. Whole process took about 3 weeks from screening to offer. Interview questions were pretty standard for the CRA position and they asked mostly situational and technical questions.
