After applying and asking a friend who works there for a referral, I received an email asking me to record a HireVue interview within 24 hours. It took two weeks to get the initial email asking for the recorded interview. I recorded the interview about three weeks ago. I've heard nothing. Just ghosted. This is extremely unprofessional, but seems habitual with them lately.

Primer entrevista por medio de la plataforma Hire-Vue. 5 preguntas grabadas en video. 30 a 60 segundos para leer la pregunta y luego responder sin posibilidad de volver a grabar. Resulta algo incomodo sino estas acostumbrado, pero es cueation de prepararse con tiempo antes de postularse.
The interview process was smooth and focused on personal skills and how they can contribute to the position. The questions were not difficult. Overall it was a positive experience for me.

Interview
Initial interview as an online recording, followed by interview with hiring manager. After that there was offer and background check. Easy but a bit lengthy process for entry level position.
