ICLP interview questions

They conduct three rounds as a part of interview process. 1st round was a general round to understand the candidate from the reporting manager. 2nd was an assignment and 3rd round was the final technical interview with the manager and the team. I cleared the first round and then submitted the assignment for second round. Since, they have their team in Uk , so they conduct interview in night and i had my interview scheduled at 9 pm. My interview started at 9 pm and ended nearly around 11 pm . They asked me everything from the assignment and then there were general questions. 4 people were there in the interview panel ( 2 India and 2 from UK office). I felt my interview went very well and they said they will get back to me very fast. I did not receive any feedback nor any call from them. They don't value the time and effort given by an individual and they don't even have enough courtesy to inform that person.
