The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ICF (New Delhi) in Dec 2020
Interview
The initial interviews were good and the hiring manager and HR were friendly and professional.I was treated really horribly post the interviews. The company has no structured policies or organization of any sort which was
quite evident from the get go.The HR ghosted me for a long time until I followed up multiple times.Very unprofessional in the way they treated me.Wasted close to 3 months of my time and efforts. There will be no initiative whatsoever from the HR to do the due diligence and make things happen during the interview process. An MNC usually has a proper mode of carrying out recruitment and valuing the candidates qualifications but apparently this company does not. They will treat you like you’re dispensable.Having interviewed with MNCs before,no organization has treated me this badly so far.
Moreover, their online reviews and personal conversations with the employees are a huge testament to how unethical their organization is.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was indirectly asked of my marital status which is for the most part illegal and a HUGE red flag in one the interviews.
Took a long time between multiple rounds of interviews and negotiations after receiving an offer. The recruiter was responsive, but it took extremely long from the first round of interview to the final offer letter.

I had three rounds of virtual interviews using Microsoft Teams: one round with the recruiter, one round with the hiring manager, and one round with the team. Everything was very straightforward behavioral questions.
