Interview
The Hiring Process is super fast in my case. I applied for the job on Sunday and received the offer on Saturday. I interviewed with HR, hiring manager, and a senior director. Clearly, they know what skills they need and it just as smooth as I could imagine.
Interviewed with HR who was amazing and helpful. Then, met with two individuals, one of whom was very disinterested in interview and kept looking away. Asked questions out of the textbook, i.e. "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" or "how do you handle a difficult co-worker?" So, right away, I didn't get a very positive vibe just based on these questions and rather lost interest in joining the department since I didn't want to work with someone who lacked enthusiasm about what they are doing at work.
