ICAP Group interview questions

A bad candidate experience overall. There wasn't any flexibility in arranging the interview. They forced me to go on a specific day for the second interview even though I was already in another work environment. Moreover, the interview lasted long enough because I met the manager, which was not preorganized.

The interview was easy and not very long. The recruiter asked specific questions about my background and why I want this job etc. She also asked how I would react in case of an angry customer,so they want to see how good you can handle these situations.
