IBM Project Analyst interview questions

I faced a panel of peers, team leads and subject matter specialists. I was asked about previous jobs and what skilss would translate into this job. I was asked what me strengths and weaknesses are and how I offset my weaknesses. They described the job and the work environment and asked several questions to make sure I would be satisfied with that environment.
