IBM Tech Sales Enablement - Project Management interview questions

After the online job application, you are invited to complete an online video assessment of recording answers to 5 general interview questions. Afterwards, I had an screening interview with Recruiting followed by 1:1 with Hiring Manager and then 1:1 with Hiring Manager's Boss. It was unclear whether another interview or take-home assignment would be given as I was rejected at this point. The Hiring Manager was the only one who felt like a "person" with having a conversation. Every other step of the interview process felt extremely corporate and strictly business which didn't feel too inviting, but I will commend receiving timely follow-up and not feeling in the dark about my status.
