IBM Computer Operator, First Level Support English/Italian interview questions

They called me 26 days after my on-line application to schedule a phone interview. It occured the day after and it was all about my knowledge on Windows and Linux administration. Command line, the meaning of some acronyms (TCP, IP, DNS, etc), how to open the Window task manager, etc. The interviewer also asked me what I know about IBM. At the conclusion he asked me about my salary expectation. Then I waited for other 12 days before contact them and ask about my interview and so I discovered that they chose another candidate for the position.
