Erstkontakt und erstes Gespräch 60min durch das Recruiting. Erkläuterung aller relevanten Aufgaben und Rahmenbedingungen. Im Anschluss Gespräch mit dem zuszändigen Executive Partner. Angenehmes und offenes Gespräch zu fachlichen und kundenspezifischen Themen und möglichen Aufgaben.

Interview
Overall good experience over multiple rounds of interviews conducted at various levels. HR joined only in the beginning and at the time of compensation agreement. Certainly great scope for reducing maximum rounds to two or three.
