Interview
Applied online and got a call from the manager I would report to a week later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was the easiest interview I've ever had. It lasted about an hour and I talked to two different managers within the department. There was only 1 behavioral question and it didn't even feel like an interview. They really wanted to get to know me and how I would fit into their team. A few days later I got an email from HR with a longer employment application. A few days after completing that I got the offer via email. Very quick and painless process overall. It's interesting that I didn't have to do the IPATO, not sure why.
Only 3 interviews and very general questions, the interviewers made the experience much more enjoyable. Easy to connect and talk with them and made the overall experience great for an interviewer
Received email for interview after 2 months of applying. Fairly conversational and not highly technical. They seek individuals who are passionate about the company, care about the role, willing to learn.

Tell me about your previous job/internship experience.
First step was to submit online application, cover letter and resume submission. This was followed by behavioral interview questions with members of the HR/recruiter team. Two or three different conversations.
