Interview
All the interview was done in 4 hours at their office. The HR analyst started with some basic questions, then gave me an English written test, after that had a talk in English, and then moved to a technical test, similar to the Microsoft certification tests. They finished with the hiring manager interview.
They contacted me few days after with a job offer.
Friendly with nice people and very good energy. Was very focused on knowing what I can bring to the table and why I was the best candidate for the role. Overall was a great experience because I ended up clearing all the 3 rounds and was offered the job.

Phone screen (15–20 min)
Recruiter reviews background, availability, salary range, basic fit.
Technical phone/video interview (30–45 min)
Questions on OS (Linux/Windows), networking, backups, scripting; one practical troubleshooting scenario.
Hands-on technical assessment (60–90 min)
Live lab or take-home task: configure service, fix simulated outage, write a short script.
Onsite / final video interview (60 min)
Deeper systems design, security, incident response, cross-team collaboration; meet manager and peers.
