I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM in Oct 2022
Interview
First, a short English interview was conducted to test my English knowledge and ambition. Some basic questions were asked. Then there was an online technical interview where basic technical programming questions were asked about a programming language of choice. Finally there was a face-to-face one hour interview where some basic interview questions were asked and where I could discuss some projects I've realised.
