I applied, after a month they answered me.. i first had to do an online assessment where they asked 2 video recorded questions and 1 written question. after 2 weeks I had my second interview through zoom with one of the leaders of my department. Now I am waiting for an answer back

How do your career goals align with the company/job description?
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
The interview was very friendly. I was able to talk a lot about skills and experience while the interviewer was curious as well. It was both mutually interested and really good experience
