After my application, I received a Hackerrank coding assessment link in the following few days, which I completed in a few hours. It took roughly a week before I was contacted by a recruiter within IBM who scheduled my video interview with two managers. The interview was scheduled to last an hour but only lasted about 40 mins, covering basic questions that explained my responsibilities in my previous work and volunteer work as well. The interview mostly assessed my workstyle and personality as it would be suitable for the role.
