First round of interviews consisted of completing a series of online "brain games" to test how you solve problems and think. After about two weeks I was contacted for a phone screening, which involved answering questions about where I lived and how much pay would be. Immediately following, I was contacted for in person interviews, 1 behavior interview and 1 technical interview. The behavioral interview asked questions about leadership skills, and problem solving skills. Technical interview asked questions about defining polymorphism, abstraction, and all other object oriented key terms. I was also ask about projects I worked on and what I used to build them and my favorite part about them. I was contacted for hiring in less than 24 hours after that interview.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at IBM (Baton Rouge, LA) in Oct 2013
Interview
I first spoke to the recruiters at a job fair and everyone was very helpful. I had to submit my resume online which I did a couple of weeks later. After about two months I was invited by email to interview in Baton Rouge. The interview actually had two parts, a technical interview and then a behavioral interview. The technical interview was about java and object-oriented programming in general. The technical interview was really basic. I had only taken one c++ course and was able to use c++ in the interview. The behavioral interview was just about how I work in teams, what would I do in some situations, and examples of good and bad situations in my life, etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Baton Rouge, LA) in Mar 2020
Interview
The Process to about 3 weeks due to the corona pandemic but initial contact with a recruiter that sent a link to a test which consisted of games ( basic cognitive tests ). Next was a phone call telling about the position and setting up the interviews. One week later interviews took place, two on the same day, first was a situational just see what type of person and leadership qualities you may have, all situation question basically. The next was technical (Inheritance, encapsulation, polymorphism, abstraction, loops, functions, Java API and sorting algorithms)
