Applied through my university. Heard back from the recruiter within a few days informing of a in person interview. Hiring consistent of a pre-interview dinner, interview with 1 partner, 1 manager, and 1 senior associate - all for 30 minutes each, decision made that day

behavioural based interview. Some off the wall questions like "I wanna start an establishment (club, cafe, etc.) in this town, where would be a good place to set up shop
After clearing college exams and aptitude tests, students attend group discussions, technical interviews, and HR interviews. Introduce yourself and asked about some technical questions
It was good and okay if you actually study you get in if not it'll be difficult so study what you and actually practice it because if it I do not know how you are gonna make it unless you do
The discussion went well. It was mainly focused on my resume and the projects I have worked on. Since it is an early career role, the questions were not too technical but more centered around my experience and understanding of my projects.
