Process started with a application follow-up email containing questions about availability, experience with ERPs and federal audit preparation, and UAT. Phone screen interview was two weeks later, followed by a conference call with the project leads (which they did not attend the first time). Offer made two weeks later and clearance verification was initiated. Had to email several times on the status of the clearance verification, which should not have taken very long. Two *months* later, received a call from the project lead about a Tester position because the one in my offer letter no longer existed. Because of the constant communication problems HR and the project leads had and the Tester position not being in line with career goals, I declined the offer.
