Applied online, was giving links to skills assessment. Interviewed through recording answers to pre recorded questions. Given 1 min to prepare and 3 min to respond to a question. Questions not too difficult but it's tough receiving zero feedback.

Tell me about a time where your preparation paid off
First interview is a video interview with about 5 questions. If you get selected then you will move to the next round where you demo your favorite music streaming platform (Spotify or Apple Music), followed up with a behavioral interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM in Sept 2025
Interview
Very easy interview process overall, Just be confident and trust your ability to talk. It is a conversational base interview and basic behavioral questions. Nothing difficult at all started with a hire vue then had 2 interviews on a power day 30 minute each.
