IBM Application Developer Mainframe interview questions

It was a well composed Interview. Interview process is of high quality. Totally process had one Telephonic Technical Round and Managerial Round. Technical Round(Telephonic) : First interviewer asked for my self rating out of 5 in JCL, SQL, DB2, CICS, COBOL, and VSAM and asked questions accordingly considering my experience. Most of the questions are scenario based like how to resolve particular abend. He covered questions in all topics. Managerial Round(F2F) : For those who clear Technical round , second round was held on the same day. This round is mostly of salary negotiation. You can expect questions like why IBM? what you are expecting from IBM? I heard from few people that few technical questions were also asked in this round. After this second round , they asked me to fill three forms and received offer letter in 2 weeks. IBM doesn't mention variable pay details in offer letter.
