I was contacted by recruiter working for this company. Recruiter set up a 30 min technical phone interview with hiring manager. Then I had to come in and meet team members in person - I was given a case study pertaining to the job I was going to do. I had to come up with overall software design / infrastructure for the given problem and draw in on the whiteboard. There was no right/wrong answer, they wanted to see how I think. Immediately after that I had a 30 min interview with hiring manager and the director. They asked me some basic questions about my past experiences.

Three Rounds: 1) HR Screening - 30 Min Call HR was very friendly. Communicated in an extremely good way. Provided information about the rounds. 2) Technical Assessment - Coding Round Coding questions based on DSA/Algo - SQL. Easy, Medium and Hard. 3) Technical Interview - 40 Mins Interview was pretty smooth, both the interviewers were really nice. Did not ask or expect anything fancy.
