Application, online testing, phone interview, final stage assessment day. Very professional staff, but not too overwhelming. Great opportunities for asking questions related to the company/ job, open and honest, very reasonable expenses policy for candidates and feedback provided.

The selection process went quite fast. Telephone interview through to being given an assessment centre date happened in the space of 4 weeks. Hr were very helpful and it was cool to have direct contact with graduates already on the programme
