IA Collaborative Designer interview questions

I had a phone call with a senior designer. He asked me to quickly go through my previous experience and projects. Afterwards, he asked questions about the design process and my decisions.

I had exchanged some initial emails with the recruiter and had a phone interview with the department director. I then was asked to come in for an in-person interview to show some work samples to the same director, and to see the space. They gave me a tour. Most of the things they showed me were useless to my role, but still nice to see.
