Hylant interview questions

It was very seamless and everyone was super nice. There are two rounds, one with a recruiter, and one with two senior associates. They just walked me through my resume and had a conversation with me, nothing super stressful.

The interview process starts with a phone call screening with an HR representative. Then, there was a virtual, 45 minute interview with team managers. I think it would depend on the specific position you were applying for when it comes to the structure of the second interview.
