I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hyland
Interview
First interview you meet with the hiring manager and HR and go over your background and the position you are applying for. The second interview is a presentation in front of the current employees who hold the same position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Westlake, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
A rather odd interview process to say the least. At first you go through the typical phone interview and if you pass, you come in for a face-to-face interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. I cannot recall some of the questions, but some seemed real off the wall and the hiring manager seemed to have gotten a "thrill" for asking such odd ball questions the interviewee doesn't seem to expect in an interview. I passed this stage and was invited back for the 3rd and final interview which is a presentation.
The presentation piece of the interview was difficult, considering most candidates applying don't know much about that they do. I did a lot of research and studying to do my best.
I did my presentation and attempted to answer as many of their questions as best as I could in the end.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time you had a difficult time with a customer and your manager wasn't available to discuss the situation? What did you do?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hyland (Westlake, OH) in Mar 2013
Interview
The hiring process was great!! Fast, they worked with me, the interview was just like any other corporate interview that I had been on other than they asked me to make a sales presentation to them, which was fun and interesting.
