Hycor Biomedical Research Associate interview questions

Applied online and was called in for an in person interview. The interview was 8 employees around a table asking me questions. It was very intimidating. A week later I was offered the position.

There is first a phone interview, followed by a in person interview with one or two people from management. Finally, there is a group interview. The first two processes are more formal than the group interview, which consists of mainly getting to know the person's personality and how they fit in with the group dynamic.
