I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hyatt (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Professional but not good at responding , interview lacked any coherent and logical structure so went in differing differing directions. Also it felt as if my experience hadn't really been reviewed beforehand

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hyatt (Moscow, Moskva) in Aug 2015
Interview
Rather relaxed, but really detailed. I went through four interviews to get this position and it was a little stretched over the time, but they were in no rush and I was on holidays, so it is ok. I really liked the fact I got to know all the higher management before I got hired as it helped me to see it was exactly the right place for me. I had fun at some points as well as drinking coffee with your further boss at a rooftop bar does not really feel like an interview, but in fact, IT WAS. And quite a detailed one. I think it is a great approach that Hyatt has. I think companies should have more of this, in particular, in Hospitality.
